Refund and Exchange


These guidelines apply only to islsnac Jamaican snacks, Caribbean desserts, and the online Caribbean grocery store. 

Islsnac goal is to deliver to customers Caribbean snacks and groceries that will meet or exceed product quality by producing zero faults or damage. We retain the right to protect our product distribution practices. With that right, we will not tolerate any mistreatment or falsifiable request. Our refund, return, and exchange policy have guidelines to ensure customers experience are fulfilled within the parameters of islsnac and customer relationship. Items cannot be returned or exchanged because of their nature, unless they arrived damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders and perishable products (like food or flowers).
